Are We Going to Fund These Programs?
The Army sent a letter to congress prior to the natioal efence authorization act coming to the floor. Some of the programms that did catch our attention werec moss and terrestrial air system eschelon above brigade. It was unfunded at 35 million. But what message is that sending? When, on one hand, you we have the army saint easy programs are important, but then they appear on the unfunded list. What can we afford?
