Public schools are a disaster. They're under funded, intentionally. There's too many kids there in a class. Teachers are underpaid and have no incentive to do a good job. We've got enough money to drop 15 hundred bombs on some obscure village in afghanistan but pencils for schools? Fack that. Don't get crazy here.
