The Importance of Listening

In Louisiana, we have like the most black Catholics in the nation. And he was recognizing his archdiocese a bunch were leaving. So instead of like assuming like they must be leaving because they want this or they don't like that, he invited a bunch of them to come and just talk. He just listened and by his listening to what they shared and decision to pray with it, he was able to realize something he didn't know.
