The Grandiose Claims in Workplace Mental Health

Psychological safety is not the assessment and mitigation of psychosocial risk to people's health. It's a big issue though, and I see this all the time when organisations look at putting in psychological safety programs. When I finish up and finally retire, I'm going to write a book around the number of things that have crossed my desk from an independent advisory perspective. The grandiose claims in workplace mental health are really easy to sell. If you don't have a huge degree sophistication, then you're procuring those services.
