What Do You Think About Equal Pay for Equal Work in Higher Education?

Yendy: There is a way in which we've like, celebrated victories that maybe aren't entirely victories. When we look at the figure, still m women are earning less on the dollar than mentat. And when we do a racial breakdown of that, black women are doing even worse than white women. So there are lots of pieces to this, but i think we're getting there, but progress is much slower than i think the media suggested is.
