JD: WebAssembly can guarantee that external dependencies don't get access to anything you haven't given them access to. You could guarantee that kind of like at the the binary level, rather than having to guarantee it at kind of like a system level by using something like Docker. So that's not so much a use case for compiling something with Ruby to WebAssembly, but rather running WebAssembly from Ruby Ruby.
