Calesi: We need to educate people about how bad it is to be overweight. I have a patient who, she was once 60 kilos. She locked herself in her room for two years and saw me at 90 kilo. Sometimes those very fragile people we need to treat like babies. You know, you don't tell them if you are abisyo ar going to die, go and die.
