Learning to Work With Engineers in School

In school, research is always a major step in the project plan. Don't throw your designs over the fence and expect the team to build pixel perfection. Tell compelling stories when you talk about the solutions. Do not work in a silo. Break down the walls. And don't fall into that othering trap where it's us versus them.
