The Prime Minister's £800,000 Line of Credit Is a Scandalous One
Johnson's biggest sources of money are the Harry Walker Speakers Agency in New York, an investor and Conservative donor based in Thailand. Since leaving Downing Street, he's been given £1 million by Christopher Harborne, six times the previous biggest personal donation ever in British politics. He's declared £5 million in outside earnings and more than £6 million over the course of this parliament. So to be clear, these seven figure sums are going to an individual, not a party. No other British ex-Prime Minister has made so much so fast with so many questions left unanswered about who's funding him and why.
