The End of Eunice and Jean's Career

This is my story was their last chart hit for a laddin records. After the recordings with Earl Palmer in 1958, the label dropped them. They recorded for several more labels, with mixed results. For a while, Eunice returned to combo records. Unsurprisingly, after what had happened with Jean's contract, Jake Porter didn't want to have anything to do with Jean,. but Eunice released a couple of unsuccessful tracks with them.
