Is There Really a Place for Bayesian Methods in Machine Learning?

I think there's a strong argument to be made that if you're the Bayesian framework is good for dealing with limited amounts of data in a principled way. But as far as just like learning a machine for extracting features from images, there's no posterior uncertainty that's coming from Bay's rule about what that representation should look like. And so does Bayes have anything to say in that context? Does it have something to say or does it has something to say?
