The Effects of the Menstrual Cycle on Training

The vast majority of women with menstrual cycles will report experiencing some kind of symptoms that can cause varying degrees of discomfort. If you're somebody who's already logging your training or if you're a coach that's having your client log their training then yeah it's definitely worth to be aware of and monitor if you need to make adjustments accordingly. I'd say the same thing for if you have somebody who is reporting regular scale weight many of my clients will see an uptick in scale weight during the weeks that they had their period.
