Gutenberg: The Classic Editor and the Classic Theme

There is an experiment for tiny mce removal basically to help with compatibility with the classic editor plugin and other plugins that disable the block editor. The documentation has been updated for the layout architecture after some of the APIs were stabilized so they are now showing up in the documentation, not labeled as private or as experimental. There is also a template to use the interactivity API on the next block that you are trying to build that you're working onso you don't have to include all the interactivity stuff like for lack of a better technical term and spin it up on and hook it up to all your other files.
