What Is Emotional Agility?
Emotional agility is the ability to be with ourselves, our full selves, our fully emotional experience in ways that are compassionate. We often bottle our emotions, we racionlize them, and we push them aside, or we brood on them, hen we get stuck in them. So if we can move into space where, instead of pushing aside the sign posts that our emotions give us, it's a step forward. And i think for a lot of folks this connected thinking about how i'm personally experiencing an emotional crisis really meaningful....
