Do You Think the Psych Health and Safety Approach Helps?

I think we have lagging indicators, which are critical to informing us how we're doing retrospectively. But we need to identify some leading indicators which say, well, this is us being proactive in this space. We know that that's a load of old baloney. So if we can get ourselves into a position where we've got an organizational kind of raw barometer, as I say, in the form of a balanced scorecard, then I think we'll be a lot better off.
