Is Barry Kjoggen the Best Actor in the Movie?

I was thinking about Banchies and Barry Kjoggen. I think he would give the show an adrenaline shot because you know he's going to be fired up if he wins. The supporting actor and actress go first in order to kind of get some super famous people up on the screen early. Brian Tyree Henry is one of our generation's greatest actors and he deserves an Oscar. So like let's just let's if not now, maybe he'll get it another time - but why not?
