How to Build Relationships With Your List
Send out one email to the whole list as a feeler, then follow up to just those who opened it. So now send another email to 20% of the group that didn't open it last time. And then expand it to the next 20% to thenext 20% till perhaps hopefully you're back to sending to the entire list or at least those that have not opted out along the journey.
