Is Developer Virility a Good Measure of Developer Productivity?
To me, developer velocity is how to get your ideations into the cloud faster or into fruition. It just getting someone set up that's new to the team to a point where they can check a bit of code in and it actually shows up in the system. That often is not a trivial problem unless you've really worked on it. So I look at is how do I get a developer from, whether it be new or into the company to produce code and be a productive member of society in our department? Yeah.
