Brent Parker: Hiring process makes a lot of sense. I think you're getting the buy in of people who are going to be working with them already. And they know, you know, personalities aren't going to gel very early. So it allows you to maybe prevent some of those problems that could happen six months, 12 months down the road before they even happen. He says his wife at least sleeps easy at night now.
