The fund that we run is a five to seven year fund, and we acanu tack about the fun ril. So zero down is actually two businesses. Like so we had a tech company and what is called a propco, a property company. The property company is actually a fund that goes and buys houses and holds them. And the fund has a lot of interostructure. It has like legal ordeed, external fund administratio. It has back up servicers. Ah, and and all that stuff helps now in terms of a, in terms of where the market's going.
