What Kind of Things Do You Do Once You've Got a Book?

When you've got a publisher, the book is finally going to come out and in most estimate it seems from the moment you wrote the last word and you definitely finished writing. It's another year and a half or two years before the book is actually there for people to buy. Once that's done comes what they call delivery and acceptance DNA. That means that they turn the manuscript over to the production side. So at that point it's going to be copy edited and you're going to get it back in a month or so. You're going to have to go through and deal with a million little tiny commas being moved around as well as various questions about clarity all that stuff.
