How to Track Your HRV in the Gym
When you get enough sleep and let's say you don't have an or a ring to track this, you actually get enough sleep. You still feel drained. That was me every day. So I started going, okay. My HRVs never been phenomenal, but it was okay. But I was always a little concerned why it wasn't better. And as I dove into research, sickness, illness, disease, all of the stems are finding direct correlations to low HRV. It's the poor, greater risk for heart attack, cardiovascular disease, strokes, you name it.
