How to Support Early Career Researchers With Mentoring and Networks

I remember doing ethics in my research courses at university, I never actually filled in an ethics application form. So maybe there's something which could be different about formal learning process. How do we support early career researchers with mentoring and networks? And especially lived experience researchers who are coming into the research field from alternative pathways.
