If you love trainingu can go after all the other things, like natural supplement that actually have been proven to work. But yet, i obviously maxing out your natural progress makes the most sense. The only thing i would say of that that's been like, proving ta work is protein and cratine walt. Like a lot of body builders would be taking a bunch of shit if they weren't trying to win an olympia or whatever at the end of the day. I'm not saying that's good or bad; it's just reality.
