The Importance of Adaptability in the Complex World We Live In
The most important thing that we need in the world of increasingly volatile change is adaptability. If I am a lawyer in one role and I'm a leader in another role and they're the opposite of each other, I have to be able to adapt. The mindset that is quite pervasive for a lot of lawyers in those professional development roles is people can't be trusted. It's actually been for 100 years the prevailing mindset in business.
