In 1936, a senator from Illinois said women should never be concerned with whether he takes off his hat or leaves it on in elevators. CNN's John Sutter asked four academics who focus on ancient Greece if the story was true and they all said it sounds wrong. "It's amazing that we still aren't entirely comfortable in elevators," Sutter says.
