Justine has been very candid on TikTok about this and she has graciously agreed to talk about this today. Justine suffered with binge eating disorder from age 13 to 23. There are multiple well documented studies that when you go through a period of starvation or any human goesthrough a period of forced restriction they become more likely to be hyper fixated on food later in life. So I have this very close very passionate very for lack of a better word electric relationship with food but I do wonder did I do that to myself?
