The Night Sky Is a Strange Place

I'm hoping for a big surprise. And i don't really know where it'll come from, but i've got a couple of guesses. At one would be in the very early universe, where we have never seen anything,. There could be weird things out there, some kind of object that grew and then disappeared. Maybe they were swallowed up by future generations of galaxies. The other area would be exo planets. Everything we know about them has been a surprise, so why wouldn't we continue to get surprises? When you look out at the night sky, it's hard to comprehend the vastness of it all.
