In 1720, there was a cross border boom in stock prices that was as high as eight times to 10 times the price. When you see a boom in asset prices, go and look for some kind of innovation, financial innovation or technological innovation,. And we can think of a lot of bubbles through time. The other thing I learned is that when the stock market has crashed, everybody's looking around for whose fault it is.
