Sometimes it's better to as a clinician just step back and let the patient tell their story. So that it is not being biased by why what I think might be going on And it is a really delicate balance because sometimes patients don't know what to share so for example a lump in the throat they're coming for headaches. Sometimes we do need to draw that out from them But it's a delicate balance between Drawing things out and letting them tell their story on their own Sure.
