I was just on a call of client seattle in the manufacturing space, and i'm going to be with them in march. Andthat this what they want me to talk about for an hour. They're literally in a position where they actually can't fulfil the demand for their work product because of labor issues. So we're seeing that al cross sectors and a cross categores, in a wa we've literally never seen em before.
