The Tradeoff Between Strategy and Complexity in Video Games
There's a trade off between how fast and real time the game is. People are just aren't smart enough to be able to handle that much decision, maybe that you have to be an AI to behave handle that amount of information. We also saw that if you're above the average on excitement and close to that edge of counter threshold, that's where a lot of the popular esports games are like, like Dota, Starcraft, League of Legends,. That was a space that they were in, um, that they're challenging for a lot of gamers. But enough gamers have played them to understand and to find the gameplay appealing to watch and spectate.
