Trump's State of Mind in the Indictment

In the indictment, Jack Smith talks about not only did Trump make false claims, he knowingly made false claims. He's in the indictment putting Trump's state of mind at the center of their theory of conspiracy. So they're going to have to go in and prove that Trump knew that these things were false. This felt to me like the weakest part of the case because their evidence for that was that he was told by various people like SISA that they weren't true.
