I don't think any framework methodology or anything like that should try and change you for being you because ultimately people do buy from people. And so, therefore it's really important you have that kind of person when you say you're too nice probably there might be some deals that nickel win that or actually I should say time at nickel save with the odd one personality which we learned from in medic. It will balance itself out but as a salesperson I'm having to say right I have to change the way I talked to customers and that's that can sometimes be a step on top of many other steps else people trying to make.
