In Britain, the conservative party has committed itself to net zero emissions by 2050. Bjorn Lombork says we must stop fossil fuel emissions as fast and as hard and as drastically as we can - no matter what it costs. This is a fundamental difference in outlook or attitude between Kerry and Lomborg. And that's of course why you constantly hear this end of the world drum beat. The OCD has now convinced 60% of all people to something that is manifestly untrue.
