The Difference Between Unit Economics and Financial Literacy
There will always be a delta in between unit economics and your financials. It's one thing to say, when I sell a project based on the amount of time that goes into that and the cost of that time, our margins are 70%. But then there's what you're talking about, which is I'm going out and invest in hires before I need them. And if you can't tell the difference between those things, it's probably an issue.
