In Beyond Good and Evil, Nietzsche writes that the aristocrat requires quote critical discipline. Discipline is central in this because power in the social sense means the power of command and obedience as we've talked about. So perhaps through some new re-evaluated morality there could arise a new aristocracy of free spirits who would be suitable to take command of society. As the aristocrat is able to preserve the appearance of being possessed of a superior physical force which never leaves him, he likewise wishes by his aspect of constant serenity and civility of disposition.
