She barely ever even saw humans, and now two gods in two days. She knew that this could only be poseidon, and the trident confirmed it. But chalone just couldn't bear to leave her little cave in her little pond. Anyone else would do anything for the chance to explore the seas with poseidon. Chelone thought it sounded wonderful, but at the same time, her heart began to race the deep sea. Just the thought of it made her nervous.
