Carol Costello: Over the last few months what we've seen is a real switch from individual names to index based things. She says Tesla along with Bitcoin are barometers of retail investor confidence and as people start to feel better they're buying more of those stocks. "I think we're in a really interesting crux right now as we head into February middle of February," she adds.
