We need some level of play, and we need technology to help support that so it's not chaos. And we also need some planning and programming to make sure that we orchestrate enough time together. We're really changing office to be far more inclusive, both in terms of personal need, and then how do we use it? So iths so many different levels and layers. A lot of this as to do with equity, diversity, inclusion. These are all new pushes into a new world"
