What Happened to Stephen Smith?

Stephen Smith was killed in a hit-and-run accident outside of Beaufort County, South Carolina. His mother uncovered police documents that she had personally foiled and wrote letters on autopsy. Mandy got leaked the case file or at least what looks like the entire case file. The photos did not look like a hit and run; it was more than 10 miles from where he died.
