Are You Good at What's Loving About Me?

We tend to know the list of criticisms about ourselves that's pretty long. But what if you turned it around and said to yourself, what do i do right? What am i good at? What's lovable about me? I want you to think those things through, make a list, put it in your journal. If it feels weird or it feels funny like that means you've waited way too long to do is we all have things that we do right, that we're good at, things that we are lovable about. So make the list. Ad takes some joy in who you already are. And i want you to do that for the people in your life, too.
