How a Pastor Can Open Himself Up to People

A pastor should seek to walk with God himself in his personal life, have personal integrity, but then bring other people into his life to make sure that they are holding him accountable. One of the other patterns I've watched as, as you see fallen leaders throughout the years in the church and in just different ministries, there's a chilling, a common thread in that they don't have any true pastoral friends. So if you don't feel safe to be able to go, like you said, talk about the things that could, that could harm, you know, could make you have to step away from your ministry with everything.
