Many of us become leaders and, and i don't always acquaint leadership with title, but here i'm talking about people who are stepping into to new rolls. They earn those positions by being great at what they were doing before. O and so it's so tempting to do the things that you know how to do - especially when your brain is just buffeted by all the newness. That can be turned around ly by really rigorously saying, who else can take this on? What is the part of it, as you suggested, that only I can do on which parts?
