The Changes in Employee Expectations
The number of baby boomers retiring is putting a large number of people that are leaving the workforce. That's where, or I should say that augments the whole retention and recruitment problem, because you have less people. The younger generations, millennials, geez, Gen Zs, they have kind of like other priorities than just working and building a career. They're more interested in taking care of number one, taking care of themselves.
