Franklin Roosevelt was a man ahead of his time in many ways. His idea to bequeath, bequeath this inheritance to future business men and the civil society of boston and philadelphia is interesting. He wanted these small loans to young tradesmen in order to repay the people who gave me a helping hand in philadelphia. And so he wanted this to be a way to provide a sort of safety net for people in his class.
