The Iron Age of Wine Drinking
My exposure to China culturally is almost entirely through the sport of Olympic weightlifting, which is dominated. So there we see the global practice, but it's so different in all of these different places around the Mediterranean that you look,. There are different tastes in wine. Even when it's the same drinking vessels, it's fitting into very different social contexts. I'm so fascinated by that as an example.
