What Is a Smart Goal?
Smart goals came from a man called Charles Duhigg. They are normally smaller goals that will lead us to the big stretch goal. Smart stands for S specific, M measurable, A attainable, R realistic, and T for time specific. Sarah wanted to go to Canada so she could get her C1 advanced certificate. This is an example of how this type of smart goal can be achieved.
