Can You Use Incription to Prove You Were Reckless?
Under a state law that only requires recklessness, you could introduce the use of inscription to prove that a platform was reckless in allowing its services to be used to transmit child cornography. That has the fundamental, very obvious effect of saying you shouldn't use inantan inscription. And still worse, the bill just completely doesn't address the fact that states, or even the federal government eventually could be requiring a client side monitoring.
