The doing is only in the intention. The intention to be be willing to receive. So that idea, like, i'm going to be willing to receiving the plenum of the whole world and how glorious it actually is. And also, go for it, like, do the breath work, go into ceremony, do these other things too. Like a kiss with your your partner, or a hug with your friend, or a conversation, or a sip of your water could be enough.
